Thank you for your interest in joining the University Chaplains Association at ODU.  This page has everything that you will need in order to complete your application for membership.

The University Chaplains Association has two membership levels for chaplains: full membership and partnership.  Please review the membership definitions and benefits so that you can select the one that best meets your needs and availability.

Please complete the following application.  If the organization has more than one representative, each representative will need to complete the application.  In this case, please designate a primary contact for the organization.

Submit your credentials

A list of approved credentials can be found below.  Credentials should be sent to the UCA via email at uca.odu@gmail.com.  If the organization has more than one representative, each representative will need to submit credentials.

sign the uca code of ethics and the monarch creed

Please review the UCA Bylaws, Code of Ethics, and the Monarch Creed.  The Code of Ethics and the Monarch Creed each have a place to be signed.  Signed forms should be sent to the UCA via email at uca.odu@gmail.com.  If the organization has more than one representative, each representative will need to submit a signed Code of Ethics and a signed Monarch Creed.

Once all of your documents are received, our Executive Committee will meet with you to discuss next steps
