The University Chaplains Association has two membership levels for chaplains: full membership and partnership. Please review the membership definitions and benefits, as outlined in our bylaws, so that you can select the one that best meets your needs and availability.​​

Submit your credentials
A list of approved credentials can be found below. Credentials should be sent to the UCA via email at uca.odu@gmail.com. If the organization has more than one representative, each representative will need to submit credentials.
Once all of your documents are received, our Executive Committee will meet with you to discuss next steps
